Cascade National Billing has been honored over the years to assist in providing DAFOs to the children you serve. The work you do is essential in aiding the motor development of children.
We regret to inform you that as of July 1, 2024, Cascade National Billing will no longer be providing a central billing service. This means the discontinuation of issuing UCANs. Due to the increased complexity of insurance billing, we can no longer successfully support this scope of work.
Any UCANs issued prior to July 1, 2024, will be processed without interruption. New UCANs will not be issued starting July 1, 2024. All issued UCANs will expire on July 1st if casts and/or order forms have not been received. If a style change under warranty is requested after July 1, 2024, it will require a full credit and a new order under a facility account.
We believe in a strong team to help each child be as successful as possible in their bracing journey. To assist you in providing effective, quality DAFOs for your patients without interruption, we would like to recommend Orthotist referrals in your community.
Alternatively, Cascade Dafo does offer wholesale accounts for the Fast Fit product line. If you are interested in setting up an account, please contact CustomerSupport@dafo.com to be sent a Credit Application and we will expedite the processing. In the event that a suitable solution using P&O National Billing can’t be found, we can refer you to Cascade Dafo’s customer support team, who can help you locate an orthosis provider in your area who may be able to handle the medical billing.

Our insurance billing includes verifying insurance information, clarifying any coverage issues, obtaining authorization if needed, billing the insurances and other funding sources, and resolving any discrepancies or holdups.
